Open an Address Book

You can open specific Address Book database files from the Address Book tab. For example, you might keep different sets of addresses in separate database files. You can open only one Address Book file at a time.

Steps

1. From the Address Book tab, select File > Open Address Book.

   The Open Address Book dialog box prompts you for the name of the Address Book to open.

2. Select an Address Book and click OK.

   DAZzle automatically saves and closes your current Address Book, and then the selected Address Book appears.

An Outlook File in Your Address Book ...MORE

If you have your addresses in an Outlook contacts file, DAZzle can communicate directly with Outlook to access and update the addresses. For more information, see Using Outlook for your Address Book.

Multiple Address Books ...MORE

You can save more than one Address Book. You might have one for business contacts and one for personal addresses. Create new Address Books and set the Address Book preferences to create multiple Address Books.
